How to Use:

1. Prep: Cleanse with your preferred HD cleanser and gently pat dry.

2. Apply: Using your fingers or the provided spatula, smooth an even layer over your face, avoiding the eye and lip areas.

3. Relax: Leave on for 10–15 minutes (a mild tingling from the AHA is normal).

4. Rinse: Wash off completely with lukewarm water using gentle circular motions.

5. Hydrate: Pat dry and follow immediately with your HD Calendula Herbal Extract Essence or Skin Activating Treatment Essence while your skin is still damp, then continue with your normal HD essences, serums and moisturiser.

Frequency: Recommended for use 1-2 times per week.

Pro-Note: Do not use your Retinol Serum or Cream on the nights you use the Magic Mud Mask to prevent  over exfoliation and irritation.
